I’m still in shock at the ease of the entire transaction from selecting to picking it up to paying for it was so quick and so easy it almost Was 100% hassle free.
They are very professional very nice very accommodating to my personal Situation and handled the situation with my daughter in the wheelchair for the vehicle that we needed. This has been very positive experience for us to The point I felt I needed to leave a review.
I will never go anywhere else to rent a car. Ever again this will be the place we go.

This genuinely is the best rental car business I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with A LOT - no intimidating sales people that are trying to upcharge random insurance fees. I can not recommend this place enough. I will use them EVERY single time I can. Their cars were well taken care of & really reliable. Seriously!!!! They made it so easy and so clear… and I’m a 25 year old girl if that matters to you!!! If you need to extend your rental or bring it back early… no trouble at all. They’re the best!!! 100/10

Update: after speaking with discount about this and my insurance group, I'd like to apologize to discount Rent-A-Car. They were really good to me throughout my service I had with them + my insurance hasn't handled the situation very well and they were in the right to do what they did. Even though it was unexpected, it was also their family's. Christmas is too, so I hope that they had a good one. + No harsh feelings are held toward them. I hope that they have a wonderful and successful year rent from them they are great!!

I got into an accident, it wasn't my fault, my insurance covered the loss until the rest is resolved. Discount told me I owedl
them the deductable, I'm okay with that as long as my insurance company verified. I've been trying to contact them for weeks to get nothing, Discount decided that on Xmas Eve they would run my debit card for $750. Now I'm broke without enough money to pay for gas to make it to Mom's on Xmas. I rented a car for over a month and they've already collected $2,250 from me. Part of the reason I'm broke. I was amazed when I got there to actually get the car I picked and reserved online, unlike most rental car companies that always seem to switch it out at the last second. I was even more shocked with there professional and friendly manner.
It was such a great price and easy process that it didn't feel like a business transaction of renting a car. It felt more like borrowing a car from a friend for a few days. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Discount Rent a Car to everyone!
